Jack SpencerJack Spencer

 

Jack’s career began as an announcer in radio and television for American Forces Radio Network.
For the next 25 years he worked as a reporter and news director for Seattle’s KIRO and KVI radio stations.
A trip to Europe changed his career course in the ‘80s, and he decided to focus on the travel industry, rather than broadcasting. He has traveled extensively to Greece, Turkey and Italy, gathering information and taking photos, with the goal of teaching travel classes.
Jack currently teaches classes on traveling to Greece and Italy at North Seattle Community College, the University of Washington Experimental College, Bellevue CC and Highline CC
He loves to travel as often as time permits, to keep current and bring back the latest fun facts of his favorite countries.
